Master Plan for the Redevelopment of the Perry Street Warf. Prepared for the City of Gretna, this project involved master planning a 63 acre site with a mixed use development partnering the University of New Orleans with the City of Gretna to create “The Centre for Environmental Research” as the primary tenant in the restoration of the Ward Lumber Company building, a historic structure. The Perry Street Warf would convert into a new use supporting the Coast Guard’s need for a new facility to house their “Homeland Security Operations Center”.
