St. Martin’s Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (dementia care) in Birmingham, Alabama. This project expanded an existing SCALF to 51 beds, and involved connecting two existing buildings to expand the facility into the second building, while providing improved and expanded community spaces in the Connector.
